Start > My Computer > Right Click the drive you want > Properties

It's pretty easy. Just click on the "My Computer" icon, then right click on the C drive and then click properties. You'll have a window with a pie chart that shows how much total drive space you have and how much is being used.

but when you defragment your files...you can see it automatically...
