I think the psychology of the person employing the contract killer has to be more damaged,as almost anybody would consider killing another human being if they were absolutely convinced they wouldn't get caught,and make alot of money in the process.

Usually an antisocial personality disorder. The part in most of us that feels bad just doesn't exist in them. They don't feel remorse.

Strictly amoral, its just a job to him/her, thinking only of the pay check, not of any potential dammage done by his/her actions. As far as criminals go....probably one of the easiest to define.
