Don't panic. If they aren't inside or attached to your fish they aren't parasites. They are most likely planaria which have thrived because you are overfeeding your fish and they are living off the extra food. Change 25% of the water and don't feed your fish for at least three days. Your fish can go a week without eating, but in this case, they will snack on the worms. Increase your water changes for a little while, although the worms aren't dangerous, your over feeding will pollute the water and sicken your fish. In future, feed a lot less then you have been.

when you say "swimming" do you really mean swimming, or just sitting there, being swept around by your fish moving. If they're swimming it sounds like they're parasites.

If they're just being brushed around by you fish moving, it's poop. If they're floating at the top of your bowl, with an air bubble in the, it's definitely poop (and you fish has swallowed some air).

could be nematodes.

Please tell me you don't have a goldfish in a bowl.
Fancy goldfish need at least 10 gallons of water per fish. common goldfish (single tailed goldies) need 15 gallons of water per fish. They also need a filter that moves 10 times the gallons in the tank per hour.

If he's in a bowl, you need to do frequent water changes to keep the water from getting toxic. similar to how you'd keep a betta in an uncycled bowl. Here's an article on how to do it.

Sounds like you need to clean the fish bowl. It's waste from the fish, and fish food not consumed.
