It is 7'' across has 599, Italy and other marks underneath. It was my late Grans and believe it to be old. I have pictures but are unable to attach them here.

When you have old China the best way to find its value is to take it to an antique dealer or an appraiser. Look in the yellow pages for someone that can do this. These people do charge but if it is only one piece it might not be that much money. Another thing you might try is find places around your town that sell antiques and ask them about this bowl. I do not recommend you walk around with it as it might break. Take a good picture of it and see if they recognize it. The Internet and the library might also have some books with prices. Once you know the name, go on EBay and see if they have similar of this kind and see what they go for. it will give you an idea of what the value, at least the market value is for that piece.

The other marks are most likely the ones needed to identify the piece
