I am looking to start a clean franchise business in South Delhi or Gurgaon. Areas of interest are: packaged foods like biscuits etc (nothing prepared on the premises), or even if there are say bakery items then brought in from the principals and returned; or some kind of electronic (on the lines of Radio Shack in US); mobile phones; or even like packaged water wholesale supply.
I don't yet have a premises but can buy/ rent as per the franchisor's reqmnts. What are the pitfalls?

Dwight Howard. best big man in the NBA, there is lots of good point guards but very limmited big men. Plus big men like dwight(strongest in the NBA) carve out space, set up point guards on the P&R, rebound, block shots, help defense, run the floor, and score. Although he isn't a leader over time he will develope a veteran leader trait naturally and his free throw percentage isn't great it can be improved it's been as high as 67% with chris paul all you get is a passer that can score YOU ALWAYS BUILD A FRANCHISE AROUND BIG MEN

Opening business in Delhi is risky.Better try in Haryana or Punjab.
