It may be the style, but I don't like it. I think it is just retarded, I mean who wants to see someones undergarments hanging out of their pants. This trend got started in prison. That is how they wore their pants, because there werent enough pants for everyone.

Because it's the style. What these people may not realize is that style originated in prisons where men aren't allowed to wear belts.

My husband does this and it is severly annoying. He says it is more comfortable for him and it gives him more romm for his umm... you know.
