Economics concerns itself with 1 fundamental problem, that of
allocating scarce resources efficiently and optimally. efficiency requires lack of waste of resources.Physical resources are limited.and the other economic problem is rural background..in India the people are highly educated or else they are illiterated!!

Corruption. In economic terms, withdrawal from national income cycle as money meant fro government investment & expenditures are swallowed by certain individuals.
