what is the best way 2 get abs i want them quick and easy 15 mins tops a day

Get some magazines, and rip out the exercise pages. Or, go to their websites if you don't want to pay for the magazine. Stability balls,medicine balls,Pilate's rings, they all help but really aren't necessary.But dont rely on just crunches. Crunches make your abs stronger. But strong abs doesnt mean defined abs. They help because it will be easier to do the other things to make them defined. Once you cut the fat off, then youll see that theyre strong. But dont get discouraged if you dont see results. You have to eat right too, no fat. Sodium is what retains water, giving you a pouchy belly, so definatly not too much fat. Eat a lot of green veggies (not spinach until the FDA approves it again, obviously you dont want to literally die for great abs) Drink a lot of water, itll help flush the fat. Go online and search for Ab Exercises and youll get a million results, pick you favorites and do them as often as they tell you too. Most days will take 10-20 minutes. Make sure you add cardio. Running, biking, jogging, theyre all good. But my favorite has always been jumping. Trampolines, jumping rope, or just plain jumping up and down. Jumping is the best cardio, even better than running. And if you can hula hoop, doing it for 10 minutes a day will get you awesome abs in no time flat. Plus, its a fun alternative to crunches isnt it? But if you arent any good at it, it wont do anything if you have to start over every 10 seconds. Okay, so remember, do all these steps and youll start to see results in a few weeks. If its hard, push through it. Once your abs get stronger, itll get easier.

Get yourself a workout ball!

That is how I got my abs. Usually they come with instructions on how to get your abs in shape.
It doesn't hurt your back and you can really feel it in your abs! I got results quickly and only worked on them for about 10 mins a day!

well if u do alot of crunches and other stomach work outs u can get abs. you may not get them in like 15 min. but if you work hard you will get there. just dont over work your self
