MAYBE you should try Help Wanted or something to that effect...and also if you only want it in your city and state then you need to make the title say that...HOWEVER, MOST jobs will not look in Yahoo, groups for employees UNLESS u are doing side jobs, fixing things like a handy man, HAVC, plummer...I woud go with a different name definally!

I'd say yes... it is better-sounding than when you say "unemployed" or "a bunch of bums".
And provided that all of the members are, indeed, looking for jobs regardless of whether they have current jobs or not.
