Heck, no. I fart and fan it to him so he can enjoy the stench, too.

At first, yes, but as the years wear on, no. My hubby and I try to out-do each other! It's funny. Farting is just a natural bodily function, so if a woman is too insecure to do that in front of her husband, then their relationship probably isn't very solid or honest to begin with.

No...
I laugh and then i make him laugh about it...
It's become a casual joke.
I remember the first time i ever farted in front of him though. I had to sneeze but i have this habit of holding them in or blocking them in a way by pinching my nostrils together. So i did that. But i ended up farting as well. I was beyond embarassed. And of course HE couldn't stop laughing.
It's a casual thing between us.
It's funny and stupid and just.... mantains neutrality.
It's a good tool if i don't want him close to me though :)

It depends more on the person I think. Not all women do. Definitely not in my family LOL. And it doesn't kill a relationship. I think it's great when you are that comfortable with eachother that you can be yourself completely.
At least my grandparents and lots of uncles and aunts are still together, so it sure doesn't kill a relationship. I would too eventually I guess. It doesn't bother me.

i have only had that happen a few times but yes i was truly embarrassed. he does it alot but if i let one slip out, i feel my face start burning up cuz i was mortified but i was just raised that you go out of the room to let it rip, but a couple of times a fart will sneak up on you and you are surprised as well but i can't laugh about it as i get too embarrassed.

Does it in simple terms ensue modestly yet not discreetly or does he wind them up and surely drill them or draw interest to himself unnecessarily? the former is tolerable with an occasional speaking to approximately it, the latter is fairly disrespectful and a nasty development for the toddlers, for it has an emotional part of weirdness.
