It is a game for 2 players taking turns to remove the zeroes. The player that is forced to take the last remaining zero loses. Each time a player may remove any number of zeroes he wants but only from 1 of the 3 rows as shown above.

In this example, player 1 will win.

Question: If you are player 1, how many zeroes would you want to remove and from which row? First correct answer gets 10 points.
