Heart of Midlothian - All their players volunteered for World War 1, putting a stop to the governments idea of stopping football in Britain during wartime. In doing so saving a lot of big Engerlish and Scottish teams from bankruptcy as nearly all were carrying debt at the time. (No matches, no income, no debts paid, club closed by bankruptcy) Seen as the saviours of British football, everyone should know about it, but not many people do.

Glory hunters support Man Utd, Chelsea or Arsenal.
Mancunians (people from Manchester) support Manchester City, not Manchester United.
The vast majority of English people support England.
Was that the sort of answer you were looking for? Or did you want to know who I support? If so: I support England, and don't bother much with club teams.
