I'm not aware of an age restriction...it's age limit for heterosexual intercourse in the UK is 16. However, you don't have intercourse with a vibe, you masturbate with one & there's no age limit on masturbation. Some 'Chains' may have self imposed age limits, purely to appear "respectable"!
You can pick one up in Superdrug these days and of course you can order on line with a credit/debit card.
Just go for it with whatever you fancy, keep things hygienic by following the instructions for cleaning...well done for being so open minded and wanting to get to know your own body.

Its not illegal just most shops have policies not to sell and some licenced shops are banned for selling anything to minors. This is not a problem though as there has never been a restriction on buying the best vibrators (muscle massagers). I like a couple of USA sourced devices best but if mail order/Ebay is a problem (having a credit card and having parcels delivered) there are some good ones out their to buy. A smashing one is by Remmington (they have shops in outlet villages across the country). Its called the Vigoro and it has a great shaped head, sensible speeds and is reasonably quiet. Failing that, go into a larger branch of Boots the Chemist and see what they have on the Electrical Personal Healthcare counter. NB. These devices are for external/clitoral play not insertion but believe me this is where you would want it to be.
One thing, develop a 'sore back' to explain why you are buying the thing to your family and the shop assistant!

Ok you cant buy one untill you are 18 but sex is legal from 16 stupid law but there you go. But on the other hand you are young so just wait.
I use toys but im in a serious relationship and im older (22 yrs old). and i have to say it is more fun and for me i feel comfortable.
When i was 16 things were totally different sex was just sex but now as im older sex is more than just fun its getting intamate with someone and exploring the unknown as well as myself and my bf.
When you really want to buy sex toys then i hope you have fun but at the same time play safe and most importantly do it for yourself and not because a bloke wants you 2.

You can however buy anything else that vibrates, or go into ann summers and try appear older, ever tried buying booze? same kind of thing.

In Ann Summers shops you have to 18 to buy any toys !!! Don't use anything other than toys that you can buy from a reputable shop !!! If you look 18 then go to Ann Summers or visit the website..................Play Safe !!

Well most adult shops you have to be eighteen to go in so if you're not over 18 then you will not be able to buy in the shops. However you could always buy online, such as annsummers.co.uk.
I would really use anything other than your fingers or a sex toy to "play" with since you could cause some damage or get an infection.

yes its legal to buy vibnrator anywhere inworld and one can play with oneself without any fuss about. U too can enjoy till u dotn harm urself u maytry ur fingers/bottles withlongneck/brinjals etc

u can legally buy a cucumber from a trustworthy greengrocer, if he asks any questions just tell him your making a salad. Get yourself a good boyfriend if you a curious to know what it feels like, and use protection. Good luck.
