im playing Fallout 2, and my car is "outta power". how do I refuel it?

thanx pax, do i have to equip them, then use on car. or what?

Buy power cells from the merchants down south with body guards in green vests holding those big white rifles. Or further into the story, those battery packs become available. Just refrain from dropping your car in the middle of the desert. You do know that the boot can contain your inventory, right ?

I can't remember, you have to "use" or "reload" or do something of equal description in function in the game to the car.
