I went to work on Friday and totally ignored the women that was once my friend and had gotten a promotion. Will thankyou for all of your advice because it is working. I feel better about myself now and look at her as if she is a peice of dirt.

um i dont know if someone is a peice of dirt try to remember some of the good from your relationship dont be a jerk if someone was a jerk to you it is hard to return good with there evil i try my best to remain honest and if they try to guilt trip me when im doing the best i ever been how about this one i went skating with this gal and it was hard enough for me to hold her hand but i made myself do it cause i needed the loving and when in the distance any ole muscle bound dude approches closer she quickly throws my hand down when im loyal to her and only her ive invested to much time with this person and when they give me aline of krap when im tring to hold the few peices together im not finding alot of half and half making one for a relationship its me doing the begging i dont like there acusing i dont like them being shared by the comunity and i have really tried to overlook the stuff i did not like and tried to hard to make it work and there doing alot of blaming and hitting me and tring to tell me there socializing when there at the bar sniffing arround and listing themself as single on the computer and are avaible to the billions and all the signs keep pointing to things i dont like and i stay in denial and say no its not happening to me when it is i can either make our relationship go farther with alot of things i dont like now with my heart broken and some time to git over it or i can keep getting unhappy with this person more and more each time later on i hope i do remember that krap they put me thru cause maybee i will apreciate a good relationship since i had alot of bad ones to teach me a lesson cause you know if i had a good relationship first i would not enjoy it cause i could not compare the difference between the krappy one and the good one does that make sence

You have done good, now work on you, do not give her her any bad looks, it is not worth it, so the next time just walk by her and do not think any thing. you are still letting her get next to you, by that statement. You are their to do a job, and that is all. congratulations on your promotion!
