okay. is there a way to turn on a time thingy that will tell you the last time someone was on AIM, but they're off now? like, say, you went to bed and someone on ur buddy list logged on in the middle of te nigt and you missed them. but neither of you know what time they were on. is there a way to turn on that kind of time stamp in the buddy list window?

If you downloaded the new aim now it tells you how long pple have been on for but to answer your question when the box that pops up you know when you type each other and stuff you can make it so it tells the time when each person typed that certain thing it will also tell you the time of when they signed off or on, went idle, or went away i don't remember how to turn that timepiece on i would look in edit or something but i do know it's possible so just keep looking around and if you haven't already download the new version of AIM it's AWESOME!

you go to Edit> Settengs> General IM> Then uncheck the show time stamp in the IM window. Hope that helps.
