Yes. Some inmates are allowed internet privileges, but what they do online might be a bit different to this. I know of one gaol where they are allowed to use it for study and email, but I guess each prison has its own protocol regarding internet usage for inmates. Maybe you could set up a poll asking all and any inmates to reply??

I dont think inmates in prison are allowed internet access....but I've never been an inmate so Im not sure.

I would expect some do. Not sure how you would be able to tell for sure, as I am willing to bet someone would pose as one and try to BS you, while others may not let on that is what they are.

Iknow for a fact that some prisons or jails do allow internet use time, but have pretty strident firewall settings.

you know, my uncle is here all the time, they have a library. He has lots of time to spare and is already level 7on here. He has a profile in lots of dating websites as well.

Hell, they get to do just about everything else. It wouldn't suprise me. They are getting more rights than the average citizen.

i guess it depends how bad of a crime they commited... and if they have internet privlages...
but otherwise noo lol. unless they snuck in their wireless laptop.... you never know.... those inmates are sneeky people
