A google search for "roddick and sharapova" brought up numerous news articles dismissing the fact that Roddick and Sharapova had been dating, or are dating now. What it seems to be is that they are just good friends, that's all, but the press blows it up. I know, it would be nice, but here is what they said when asked about it:
Roddick - "We're not dating. I've said it a million times already, but you guys refuse to write it. You know, we’re friendly. We’re in the same places. I think she’s a great girl. You know, we’ll talk. That’s about it.” - said this after first round win at 2006 US Open.
Sharapova - “You know what, I really don’t talk about my personal life,” she said. “When two tennis players know each other and are friends, and are known around the world, there’s people are gonna talk. That’s exactly what’s happening.” - also at 2006 US Open.
So it seems the fact is that Roddick and Sharapova are just good friends. Anything else is simply gossip.

I think so because when one of the tennis reporters asked maria if she was staying to watch andys match she said no comment and they were partying at the espy awards together.
