Hitler consider Blond Hair, Blue eyed Europeans, Which he called the Aryan race, to be decedents from bloodline between mortals and a Greek God. But he wanted them to be pure. You couldn't have any other type of blood in your system, i.e. African, Asian, etc. Pure European. He thought that other races were here to serve the Aryan race. But the Jews were an Evil enemy that had to eliminated. He believed the Jews had a world-wide conspiracy against the Aryan race.

Look up positive eugenics. It was a major fad at the time, especially in the thirties. North America carried out policies based on it as well. People who put their perfectly healthy kids into homes for the mentally handicapped because they could not feed them during the depression did not expect the government to castrate them. The government had adopted the Idea of improving the racial stock by weeding out everybody it considered weak. this included mental defectives, physical problems (lame or crippled) etc. This was not just Hitler but all western nations including England Canada, USA and France.
Of course when war started then such a policy became evidence of the barbarity of the Nazis. In fact the stigma was enough that Alberta denied that the policy had ever been used in Alberta. It was only a few years ago that it was proved and after a long court battle that some compensation was paid. But how do you compensate an otherwise healthy man for cutting his balls when he was a kid and making him unable to reproduce.

Actually there is an aryan race. Look it up on wikipedia. But it doesn't fit Hitler's bizzarro theory. And like the swastika, it meant nothing racist or supremacist before Hitler came around.
