There are too many scams connected with Pay Pal and Ebay in which it is difficult to discern if it is Pay Pal or Ebay that is really communicating with you. Both Pay Pal and Ebay are fine, but the scammers appear to be Pay Pal and Ebay. I therefore canceled my account with Pay Pal and ignore all emails both from them and from Ebay, if it is from them. I intend to only use a cashiers check to pay for items. That way nobody steals my credit card. Pay Pal notified me that they had accepted my email address change. Only problem was that I had not changed my email address. Therefore somebody else had to have hacked into my account and changed it so they could access it regularly. I immediately called the credit card company and cancelled the card. They reissued me another card. I phone up Pay Pal and cancelled my account. They insisted that they had never sent me an email saying they had accepted my new email address. Also I have gotten emails ostensibly from Ebay that says there are bidders on my product. The problem is I have no product I am selling. It is so full of scams hard to discern, that is is wise to keep your credit card out of it.

You have total control over pay pal,if you buy something on ebay..it takes it out automatically,if you sell they take it out automatically for fees also.
You can also pay your ebay fees on paypal.
They are the same company ,but two different branches in the same company.
I have been selling and buying on Ebay for about year and half now.
You can set up ebay so that when you sell, the money goes in automatically into paypal also.
You can transfer funds in and out of paypal from your bank,it takes 2 days usually.
They do not charge you a fee for doing that .
Any questions feel free to ask,it is a pretty good setup.
If you don't have funds in paypal,it takes out funds from a bank account you have set up .
Good luck and any questions feel free to ask me..

Paypal and ebay are connected. So you bid and buy something on ebay and then when you check out you choose paypal. If you connected it to a bank account then that is where the money comes from. They use a credit card as a back up. You can also choose to bill directly to a credit card. It will bill straight to your account, paypal is just a middle man with that. If you sell something then the money would come into your paypal account, if thats how you set it up.

it is precisely as you're saying. the shopper faked an email to look like he paid by way of Paypal. You have been clever to examine it out. here is what to do next. a million. upload the shopper on your blocked bidders checklist. 2. in case you have not won fee 40 8 hours after the conventional public sale closed, open an unpaid merchandise dispute in eBay. 3a. If he will pay interior of four days of you commencing the dispute, deliver the item with a monitoring quantity. 3b. If he would not pay interior of four days of you commencing the dispute, close the dispute. eBay will subject him an unpaid merchandise strike and refund your very final fee expenses. (observe: in case you turn on the Unpaid merchandise Assistant, it is going to try this for you immediately.) do not: • Get right into a controversy with the shopper. If he sends you an email saying he paid for the item, respond as quickly as, with politeness, that the fee has not known on your Paypal account. • bypass away destructive comments as comments for the shopper. • communicate with the shopper outdoors of eBay. • Cancel the unpaid merchandise dispute till he will pay. you won't be able to open yet another one later. stable luck!

You should have the ability to specify your paypal email address with your eBay account. If that is selected as your primary payment method, then you will be billed via Paypal.

You use PayPal for immediate payment of your purchases or received payments on your sold items. PayPal collect commissions on payments you receive.
