easy way to check for blown gasket or cracked head. open radiator cap and check for bubbles as a indication of compression in coolant system

with the engine cool take the radiator cap off and start the engine and look and see if the coolant is circulating. the coolant should be moving in the radiator. it sounds like a blown head gasket.

May need to flush the cooling system.I'd check the sending unit and put a mechanical temp guage on it

cracked block / blown head gasket. look for oil in the coolant/ drop in coolant level that keeps droping and milky oil. Did you change the temp sensor?

Put a mechanical temp gage on it. Your gage may be reading hot.

check the condition of your hose, I think one of them is sucking shut on you
