Natural disasters can cause damage to the property or surrounding area causing people to choose other locations for vacation/business.

Economic downturn. If people don't have disposable income they may vacation less hurting the tourism industry.

Political unrest. People may choose to go elsewhere if the political culture is unstalbe.

durint the peak seasons, when its tourism seasonn you can do alright if the roms are fuly stocked nowdays and are really, klean rooms rugs vacumeed, . the basthrooms fully stockeed, never seem too find enough towels in thesec placess, a friendly desk clerk most re bears, women sem to make the best during the day time put the men on over night, the fod is so lousey in these places especially on weekends it looks like walked acroos the table and reasonable rates, and helpful, room service if any. the front entrances in some of these places loks like a zoo finger prints al over the front doors, filthy restrooms in the coridorsm dosent help either, and it seems as thou on weekends nothing is right in these placess, nothing. they seem to sferr then, and if you cant bring in the tourist during the season or people , just dont come back after geting no satisfaction.

Lots of things like inattentive staff leading to a poor customer satisfaction; the range of facilities offered by the hotel such as conferencing, room service, client base, continuation of service beyond first meeting i.e. how do you make the customer feel that they would want to return. Too much Competition from other hotels

Natural disasters or weather

Decline in reservations in the rooms department, convention department, or dining areas

Dirty hotel rooms or lobbies

Poor management

Lack of employee moral

Rising expenditures

Insufficient amenities

Bad location

Poor service

Deterioration of facilities

Employee theft.
Parking for not only guests,but employees as well.
Safety of guests especially an evacuation due to a fire.
