I upgraded to v 7 for iTunes and after finally getting that installed (Quicktime problems) it then said I had an upgrade waiting for my iPod. I installed that but it had a problem so I did the restore (not realizing it would wipe out all my music...I just thought it would go back to the point before the iPod upgrade). I lost all my libraries in iTunes and on my iPod but they are still on my computer. Any ideas? Thanks.

From your description, it sounds like the actual files are still on your computer, just not in iTunes. If that's the case, you can import the songs into iTunes and put them back on your iPod.

When you go to the file menu to import, a window will pop open. Direct it to wherever your files are stored and you'll be able to get it done.
