It should be ok. Give it a nice sunny south window, away from drafts. Hibiscus bloom when heat conditions are optimum, inside, I don't know if it will continue to bloom for you. You can take cuttings from it 6-10" long, stip lower leaves, root hormone, light potting soil, water, put in clear zipper bag, close. When you see new leaves you have roots. good luck
