the feelings are there, they are so intense but unfortunetly tho for some reason it rarely makes it to a relationship level. The strong connection between these 2 signs usually ends up with a wrong place, wrong time scenario.

By the way I am born on 23rd of December at 2315 hours in Stockholm Sweden and my Sun sign is Capricorn cusp SAGITTARIUS. My Jupiter sign is 3rd house of Sagittarius.

bcoz taurians are head on stubborn(i m a taurian)and simply want to take control in their hands
where as sa ggitarians are kite free thinkers they require their room of freedom which a taurian tries to shrink at times and are veri optimistic and taurians very realistic
