missin the person i love and sittin next to them knowin that i cant have them....

there are many reasons to b sad but there is only one solution
the solution is "Try to Expect Less" . Expectation is the main cause of sadness, depression and other negative things.
u know y : lets assume that i have a friend who is very close to me. I do everything for him/her when ever they wanted.
One day i needed help, u know what "No body turned up". I was upset, i was hurt and sad".
I closed my eyes and god said" not to expect anything from anybody, just keep doing ur good work and let me hold u and take u to happiness."

I suppose there are a lot of things that make me sad…
Perhaps the saddest thing is knowing that a woman can carry a baby inside her for nine months, only to have the baby die at birth…
That would cause a pain far beyond belief !!!

The fact that there are so many people in the world that do not have shelter or food. There are innocent people being killed in wars all around the world. And that so many people do not seem to care.
Apathy makes me sad.

When children cry......when animals die......when birds can no longer fly....when the Kitty's to dry....when I spill my Mai-Thai....when the buds are low and I can't get high...when the birds that can fly poop in my eye....when my best girlfriend says good-bye....when I am forced to eat a cow-manure pie....when I find out that what I thought was the truth turns out to be a lie....when I work hard all day and come home to a pig-sty....when booger-lipped children ask me "why?".....when my wife runs off with some other guy....when I order wheat and they bring me rye....

I LOVE MY HUSBAND VERY MUCH, MORE THAN MY LIFE! HE'S MY WORLD, MY EVERYTHING!!! WE GOT MARRIED A MONTH AGO AFTER 10 MONTHS OF DATING. IT WAS AND STILL IS A LONG DISTANCE RELATIONSHIP. WE ARE ABLE TO SEE EACH OTHER FOR 6-8 DAYS A MONTH. I MISS HIM SOOOO MUCH AND IT REALLY MAKES ME SAD!! WHEN I SEE A HAPPY COUPLE HOLDING HANDS IN THE STREET- I REALLY GET SAD, HOW CAN LIFE BE SOOOO UNFAIR?
BESIDES MISSING HIM SO BAD, THERE R A LOT OF THINGS THAT UPSET ME. WHEN I SEE ORPHAN CHILDREN OR BABIES CRYING COS THEY R HUNGRY- THAT MAKES ME SAD. THAT IS BREAKING MY HEART!!!!

when i find the people sad.especially those whom i know and those whom i believe to be innocent it fill me with regret that why i m unable to help him/her out or why god is cruel to him or why not everybody can live with love and harmony and if problem arise get together and solve it sadness is not the problem rather the incapability to solve it the problem and it is in the root of society this makes me sad.

Saddess has many meanings...We all have different forms of sadness..mine is the loss of my MOM DAD and only sibling my BROTHER.......I know that this is the worst kind of sadness..Always remember without love in your life and in your heart you will never know the meaning of this word..SAD......sureill
