yes, very much, it can be traced to your ISP, and even to your computers MAC address. But there are tools like Anomisers which help you to mask the IP from where a mail is sent. you can contact me for more info

Yes they can.

I use Spam Cop to track down the source of spam I get. It can find out even if people use those ISPs that are anonymous.

yes they can, be if you can see the header of the email message it will have ip address, if you goto http://www.dnsstuff.com and enter these ip's into the whois box. it will give isp name address and country etc

Yes almost anything is tracible...All it takes it the IP address to be traced to find out who owns it, even if it is made up and false...
