Before attempting to remove malware you must switch off System Restore as back up files will be hiding in there, and it will just restore itself. Go to Start - programs - accessories - system tools - system restore.
Run Ewido anti spyware in Safe Mode. To get into Safe Mode repeatedly press the F8 key after the bios screen loads but before Windows loads. You'll know if you made it because the screen will be at 800 x 600 and your pc will be slow.

How To Remove Spyware
Spyware, Adware, Malware, Badware....whatever you choose to call it, it's a problem. Chances are that you or someone you know has or will experience some sort of 'ware' infection on a computer and it can be frustrating.
First things first - backup your personal data! You should be doing this regularly anyway. If you need instructions on how to backup data in Windows XP you should go to this page http://www.malwaresolutions.com/how_to_backup_files.html
To remove spyware/adware you need two programs (maybe three). The two I recommend are SpyBot Search & Destroy and AdAware. The are both free and can be found on this page http://www.malwaresolutions.com/tools_spyware.html
Download, install and update both programs.
Restart your computer and tap the F8 key on your keyboard as the computer begins to start - this will give you the option of starting in Safe Mode - see more about running a computer in Safe Mode here - http://www.malwaresolutions.com/how_to_start_in_safe_mode.html
Run full system scans with both programs, they should be able to find the problems and remove them.
Restart the computer in "normal mode" and see what happens. If you are still experiencing problems start the computer in Safe Mode again and run the spyware scans once more.
The third program which I find helpful is HiJackThis (for advanced user, the is a powerful tool!) and Windows Defender - which can be found here - http://www.malwaresolutions.com/tools_spyware.html
I have used all of these programs on many computers. I have had a 100% success rate on removing spyware/adware and viruses.
I have also found that using MSCONFIG can be very helpful in removing spyware and adware - see more about MSCONFIG here - http://www.malwaresolutions.com/how_to_use_msconfig.html
Oh, and also, I would download Mozilla Firefox - (web browser), it's much more secure than Internet Explorer and it has a built in pop-up blocker (Google Toolbar) - you can find it here - http://www.malwaresolutions.com/tools_browsers.html
Here is a full article on how to remove spyware - check it out - http://www.malwaresolutions.com/how_to_remove_spyware.html
When troubleshooting a computer with spyware problems the most important thing is to remain patient. I have personally removed over 30,000 infected files from computers over the past two years. I have had a 100% success rate thus far!
Good Luck!

Ok! I think, this is what happened. The file "about.Brontok.A.html" is your internet homepage. That's why, everytime you turned on your internet browser, (maybe internet explorer) an error occur, saying that the file "about.Brontok.A.html" is missing on the directory which is "C:\Documents and Settings\Icarus\My Documents\My Pictures\".
To get rid of this, Open "Internet Explorer" (browser). Go to tools menu> Internet Options. Under "General" tab, on home page, type "http://www.yahoo.com". ( this will turn your browser's home page to Yahoo.com. Click "apply". Click "ok". to finish.
Close Internet explorer and then open it again and so, your home page now is yahoo.com

You must find what other program this is associated with. It keeps coming back, because some other program is dependent on it. Until you find the other program and delete it, it will continue to be a menace. Good luck!!
