Technically yes, but you have a very narrow window of opportunity under the right conditions, and it is not guaranteed to work. When the heart stops pumping, the person is technically dead. If you can get the heart going again either using CPR or the defibrillator machines, the person can regain life.

Or, if you like Princess Bride, according to Miracle Max:

"There is a difference between mostly dead and all dead. Mostly dead means he is partially alive. With all dead, there is only one thing you can do: Check the pockets for loose change."

Can a dead man be brought back to life? The key word is "can," so my answer is absolutely, 100% yes. Somebody can lose their heartbeat, and thus all functions of their body, for a brief moment of time. By all accounts, that person would be dead - no pulse, no breathing, perhaps no brain function. However, they can then be resuscitated, such as with an injection of adrenaline and an electric shock, and regain heart function and thus all bodily functions. These sorts of medical miracles happen all the time, even outside of fictional novels or TV shows.

Yes, Jesus can make a dead man be alive. One of the pastors in Africa was made alive after he was announced dead for 3 days. His wife refused to believe it and heard GOD told her that her husband will be live again. People wanted to buried him, and his wife took his body ran away to another town where there was a crusade going on. She told the pastors of that church to make her husband alive. All of them were stunt, but because of the wife's faith, they all prayed for her husband to come alive. I wasn't sure how many days or nights they prayed and her husband came alive.

Tv set is produced to the lowest common denominator - i.e., the common IQ of the general public, whereas a written publication is written to the best common denominator
