Not directly, they wouldn't dare.... much though they might love to. The Turkish military need their alliance with the US and the US wouldn't want that powder keg to blow up.

No, not to the Kurdistan Federal State but if they declare independence anything can happen. And if they continue to support pkk terrorists, Turkey will act accordingly. Kurdish leaders tend to test Turkey's patience too much, military operation might come when they least expect it.

Turkey has enough trouble with their own Kurds without make a larger fight out of this. I personally like Turkey and I have had family live there - but that would be a bad move for them right now.
