You mean, you have dark skin and are getting white patches? I'm sorry but I can't really understand that well. If I'm right though and this is what you are experiencing, it is most likely vitiligo, a condition where parts of the skin loose pigment. There is no cure but it can be improved, you just need to see a doctor. If I misinterpreted your question then I'm sorry.

Consult a derm. Doc. Could be an early stage of skin cancer and you don't want to run the risk. Good Luck.

u should apply sunblock not sunscreen as sun block last longer on the skin.
