Have a very large computor with world information in this one machine called Beast?

It's called the Cray.

Costing several hundreds of millions of dollars, it filtered off those who could purchase it. The Federal Government as did major colleges and universities, purchased it for major research projects.

There are one or two "top secret" projects whose web sites were recently removed as it involved defence projects revolving around forms of Analysis Surveillance Technology. The machine is called the Beast housed in Belgium. The function is suggestive in the name.

The U.S.Goverment already has a Huge Supercomputer with all this Information. Its at Langley, Va. C.I.A. Headquarters.

Yes,before the invention of the microchip,storing information was really a task and used a lot of space to do it in.
