Theres a separate study that goes into this, and is called as Snowflake physics. There are separate team who do this study with various technical machines to help them. They also make these flakes.

I'm sure scientists have manufactured snowflakes to study them(why? is a good question) and found out that no 2 are alike. with no further study needed.

oh please every one knows,, the same ppl that are employed to turn on the street lights at night ,,,,gnomes elves trolls and city employees , make up enough workforce to complete the task BUT it takes 100 city employees to do the job of one troll
