And Bush doesn't?????? Listen to some of that ******* speeches and other pronouncements from the last election campaign and it sounds more like he's preaching a sermon! And let's not forget his sermon after 9/11 - the country wanted to feel comforted after that tragedy and what did Bush do other than quote a bunch of scripture? I never felt comforted in the least after that. Its time to remove religion from politics - what's up next, a state-supported church, the Church of Bush?

Only atheists are against Bush praying. He needs all the help he can get because he hasn't done much right yet. So we should all pray for him to get his head out of his a** and quit being such a hypocrite when it comes to morals.

They're not against Bush praying, they're just a little spooked when Bush says he gets his orders from God. It reminds them of the Divine Right of Kings and the Rev. Pat Robertson.

There's nothing wrong with a candidate having personal beliefs. You confuse the First Amenment right to the free exercise of religion with the prohibition against the entanglement of church and state. Jesus spoke of this distinction when He said, "render unto Caeser the things that are Caeser's, and to God, the things that are God's"
