I know of three, if you missed a pill(contraceptive), violent ovulation(happens to me sometimes), erosion of the cervix(also happens to me. I know it can also be a sign of cervical cancer.

I'm not sure if you mean spotting from your vagina (i.e. very light bleeding), or spotting on you vagina - i.e. spots on your vagina.

Either way, it's a job for a doctor to sort out. Genital warts give bumps. as do other infections. You need to get checked.

Menstrual problems could come from any number of reasons. You need to get checked.
