i am man 40 years old from italy , i have a daughter she is 15 and a son 9 years old i love them alot they are all my life specially after my wife death, few days ago my daughter went to journey with her school ,and i used her pc but i shocked very hard , i found lots of porn movies on her hard desk and lots of nude handsome muscular men and close ups pics of male sexual organs "penis"
please help what should i do? should i shout at her and insult her? or be calm with her or not speak at all or delete them from pc?
and second question is my daughter normal or strange or sico specially i thought from what i hear that girls are not visual and physical and they are not interested in porn like boys and cant be aroused visually , so why she keep them? is she abnormal?

I would sit down and talk with your daughter about the stuff that she has on her computer - without yelling. There has to be a reason that she is looking at porn. If the problem continues then seek some counseling for your daughter.
Also, there are other things you can do to protect her. There are programs you can use that block this type of content on her computer. At www.afa.net they have a program called "B Safe", which blocks this kind of stuff. Or do an internet search for "blocking illicit content". I'm sure they have something that you can find and use. It's worth the money to protect your children.
You can also put her computer in a common room such as the living room so you can monitor her activity.

For the love of Mike, don't do what that Dumplin broad is telling you to do. She is coming of age and curious. Do you think by making a big deal out of this and taking the computer, etc. is going to make her less curious? You're just going to embarrass her! Just keep an eye on the sites she goes to and as long as the things she is looking at are not perverse or violent don't sweat the small stuff. She's looking at pictures of men. She a heterosexual girl. She's fine!

Never shput and insult a kid, it just shuts them down and they wont listen to anything, try being calm and talking about it at the same time. Don't think of it as if she's doing something wrong, instead try the view point of she's involved in something that she doesn't know can hurt her. That way you're more focoused on helping her then berating her. And nowadays kids a getting into that stuff at younger ages, thanks to the internet and waining parenting skills. Girls get aroused just as easily as boys, people just prefer to think of them as innocent so it's not as readily acknowledged.

I would deleate them from her computer.. Take the computer OUT of her room and I would have a serious talk with her. Porn can be addictive. I would also buy some software that does not allow her to access those type of sites.

your daughter is completely OK. At this age a lot of curosity grown in each boys and gals. Sit with her, talk to her with calm and quite. Discuss about that issue and tell her it's the time to build her future,not time to watch porn.

she is very normal and starting to get sexually interested in guys , its normal i wouldnt do any thing she will hate you for preying on her ,This is 2006 and not 1950 she is doing nothing wrong , The only thing you have to deal with is your little baby is turning into a woman

it is ok in her age,she is just a normal girl with raging sex hormones inside of her,i would not make a big deal out of it if i were u,instead i would sit with her,and tell her what i find in her computer,and talk to her about sex,and safety precautions,and sexual transmitted diseases,instead of yealling and shouting that is not to get u any where forward with her.i would sit and talk with complete honesty to her,and let her feel completely comfortable to come to me and ask me about anything she want to know with out any embarrassment.
