Please install video driver provided by the hardware manufacture " and second one said " direct 3d fuctiionally not available . You should verify that the driver is a final version from the hardware manufacture "

You need to figure out what brand your video card is, go to the manufacturers website, and download the latest drivers for your card. DXDIAG should tell you what brand your vid card is, or you can click on start, control panel, system, and look for yourself.

Good luck, it's pretty easy to do.

***EDIT***

BTW, If you read this first, don't listen to the other people on here, they don't know what they're talking about. There is no need to open your case up, or do any of the other crap they're suggesting, just do what I told you and you'll be fine.

You need to discover what graphics card is your computer and go to the manufacturers website and download the driver. Do you know how to find it? Open the computer case and where your monitor plugs in there is a card plugged into a rectangular socket see what the manufacturers name and the model number or name. Close up the computer and check it out. When you do this and everything is running fine download a program called Belarc advisor and run it and print out what it tells you is on your computer and also make a disc with the graphics card driver on it, it will save you a lot of grief if you have to do this again.
