NO! Unless they make a threat to do bodily harm, then you might be able to, but for someone to just verbally assault you doesn't constitute an actual assault. There is no law against verbal assault unless they threaten to do bodily harm to you, and then it's sketchy as to whether or not you can make charges stick. You would have to swear out a warrant against them, and that would be up to the magistrate to decide if they actually broke any laws in doing so. There is no laws against being rude! Sorry!!

In this country, you can find some lawyer who will write up any suit if the money's right. (I can kid with lawyers 'cuz my kid sister is a lawyer.) Seriously though, why would you want to? What purpose would it serve? Think about it. You're at some club or bar and everyone's trashing' everyone else. You say something and the dude hears you say it. He's a bouncer and he's gonna bounce you and that fat lip out-a here lickity-slick. Whatever he said to you, you had it coming in spades. "But I didn't say anything about him" you may say. Who cares? You're trying to get yourself into a place where everyone can diz anyone and this time you got ditzed first, that's all. You can hire a lawyer, but while you spend the next 6 months paying fees and doing paperwork, your friends are going to be back out there drinking and partying. Sounds like you just better settle down and find friends and clubs that will help you improve your legal chances rather than environments where something like this is bound to happen again. Know what I mean?

I think you'd have a hard time. If he threatened you with bodily assault and you have witnesses then you can file a complaint with the police. Generally, however, a person who rants and raves and behaves in a boorish manner without threatening you is not committing a crime.

Spitting on someone is considered to b attack in maximum states. i do not recognize the regulation on the issue of this, yet seems that hitting them will be self-protection. yet then it does no longer be attack to attempt this! lots relies upon on the guy police officer who handles the placement.
