As water evaporates, the water vapor is pure. A water droplet must form on some form of nucleus. This can be dust, smoke particles, fine pollen etc., but it is widely accepted that, in the most part, it will be a salt crystal. So theoretically, most rain is actually salt water (even though it is very weak).

we don't because when the water evaporates it leaves behing other stuff involved water. there are many stuff in ocean water other than salt. when the water eveaporates they leave these stuff on the ground. they form a cloud on the earth. it is small but as they go up in the air they get bigger.

Because salt does not evaporate, that is actually how they obtain salt for sale, they evaporate the water off because salt can't evaporate.
