You can try rubbing alcohol and white rag. At best you can expect to lighten the mark, but more than likely it is permanent.
or try goof off that u can find at hardware stores ;)

I've never had to clean ink from something as big as a couch, but on clothing I use a pump aerosol hair spray. You spray it on to saturate the item, dab off what ever you can get to soak up in a towel, and then launder it as usual. I imagine it would use an entire bottle to remove a large stain- but once it was at least loosened from the fabric, you should be able to use an upholstery attachement on a carpet cleaning machine to do the rest. I used this to get ink out of a pillow cover, from a black Bic pen my 5 year old used to practice writing his name on, with good results- but I was able to toss it in the washer. Hope this helps, as the only other suggestion I'd have is a professional carpet cleaning company who could come to your home.

if there is a zipper where you can like take the fabric off, then just put it in the wash...just try one of those tide stain removers maybe??? that really sucks.

i'm just waiting for my son to ruin my new $2000 sofa.. brat.
