In appointment letter company clearly mentions some terms and conditions to be followed by an employee to remain as a part in that organisation.If employee doesn't obeys that terms,he will be kicked out.

Only three? Theft, drug use, drinking on the job or arriving drunk, fighting, insubordination, violation of policies, failure to perform, excessive tardiness, excessive absenteeism, safety violations, sexual harassment. Those are the ones that just come from the top of my head.

What did you do and what makes you think they can't just fire you because they don't like you?
