No, I don't believe it is. We certainly still have regular raids in our area. Possession of cannabis is still an offence. The law appears to make no distinction between growing for own consumption and growing for commercial purposes.

its illegal but i dont see cops cruising around your house trying to bust you on purpose unless someone reports u. even then, the cops may not do anything. i reported a guy for driving without a licence and the cops never did anything.
