Observe the people you want to get into and you will after time and experience you will get the knack I am pretty good but it does take a long time to build open empathy

it is a knack and an inbuilt natural capacity to read minds.i am not getting into serious thoughts of telepathy....etc..but i am just talking in general.i think body languages count a lot to read the opposite persons mind.our reactions to the environment are the reflex of our mind's workings.
well a persons personality can also b judged by the way they speak or communicate..directly or indirectly..it automatically shows what a person thinks by the words he/she uses in his vocabalary.so a persons thoughts can b analysed to read his/her mind.
well this ability can be developed when one concentrates a lot on different forms of behaviours and has interest in psychology.one should have the capacity to understand various reactions and situations.

you wont belive this but their is actually a tecnique out their to help you read people. No you arnt really diving into their thought but your close enough to play with fire. Its used by CIA and other government angencies that need to gain intel from people. its a tecniqe that is used by sight and sound. you'll need to do research but in a nut shell you can judge a persons actions to see if their telling the truth, feel happy about something, feel confident about something, or feel uncomfortable about something. basically its advance body language reading. all you have to do is ask the right questions
