Every single thing in the Universe has already been recycled. Human beings are quite literally made of stardust; the carbon from long ago exploded suns. NOTHING is new.

Yes tromorrows newspapers are next weeks newspapers with a possibility of becoming toilet tissue if the re-cycling fairies keep on working properly. Trees keep growing (softwood -easily regenerated) and scrap metal keeps being reused -carbon cycle an all that. Newt thing to be re -cycled is plastic and there is 22 types so the public needs educating to differentiate.

Yes, because of the laws of conservation of matter, the elements to make new things was always there. It's about how we rearrange and regroup those old elements that makes new things.
