Got a bottle for myself. Am curious can my husband take this hormone balancing supplement?

Why would your husband want to take it? I take it as well but its to help balance my mood out, have used it for years because its helps with PMS...
You can ask your GP whether its a good idea...

Sure. Not sure what good it will do. Maybe put him more in touch with his feminine side.
