dwarf hamsters can be kept together and usually the best chance that they wont fight is when from the same litter as u did. but it's not a guarantee. sometimes they play fight, you can sometimes hear them squeak as they do this. they do this to find out who is the most dominant. this is usually nothing to worry about but sometimes fighting can become severe. if you see any blood then they must be seperated immediately and live in seperate cages so they don't become injured.
u mentioned one being bigger---it may be the dominant one. make sure u r giving them enough food so the smaller one is eating too. put the food in different areas, not just one to ensure they both eat. they enjoy hunting for food anyway.
also make sure u have a large enough cage so they can both have some space for themself. u can connect a 2nd one with tubes if u have that type.

Well as the get older you can,t put two females together with oit a male.even if they were from same litter! And with the other one bigging real fat,is there any chance she,s preg?that would make the other real jealous and also if fat one is preg.she will be the more aggressive one and attack the other, especially when baby comes!Because other one mat try to hurt babs, out of jealousey,I Know it doesn,t make sense but thats just the way they are when they turn into adults! You have to get a male or seperate them!Good luck,Hollywood

Hamsters should be kept in separate cages they are territorial, one is fatter because she is taking all the food, we have 4 hamsters and they all have their own cages.

Maybe they are fighting over who gets the food and the fatter one has usually won.

probably because they are both females and kept in the same cage, they are fighting for alpha position, hence one being fatter than the other.

Chances are, they're both gold farmers in World of Warcraft, and one got reported by the other for botting. The only natural course of action is for them to duel.
