Most people think money talks. However, I don't hink so. In my opinion, money can't talk. Money can't buy love, money can't buy happiness, and money can't buy a lot more things. So, money can't talk, right?

A penny for your thoughts, a dollar for your......... no money cannot talk but what it does do is get things rolling when otherwise they would not so in a way it substitutes for you persuading someone to do something that you want them to do. You can ask a cab driver to go a little faster if you are late for an appointment but he doesn't feel obligated to break the speed limit. If you pass him $20 and promise another $20 if he gets you there in what is humanly possible for a quick cab ride then he will force the speed limit and probably make it. Now in NYC it may cost a little more but in my town you would be there very quickly. So I ask you does money talk? Yes and in every language in the world.

I believe in 'money talks and bullsh** walks'. Literally, money can't talk of course, but it can make alot of things happen. Money can't buy love, but it can get you that diamond ring that will melt the heart of the girl of your dreams, or that train set that will turn your baby brother's tears of sadness to tears of joy. By bribing, you can get away with a summon, or get your license without taking that final driving test (which is a common thing here in my country). So therefore my dear friend, money does 'talk', for it makes alot of things happen for you.

I believe it was Bob Hope who said "People who think money can't buy everything just don't know where to shop."

I'm not sure...I agree for the most part, but when I'm waiting in line to get into a restaurant, for example, a bill or two to the doorman says "let me in next, and get me a good table." A good tip says "thanks-you're customer service was great" and it usually gets me good service the next time.

In everyday life, it can't. But in politics, especially corrupt leaders, it does. Money is power for them.
