I think Crouch should start if he is on form... but give him rest every 4 or 5 games if you want to have a rotational policy. I think Bellamy is the one deserving a place on the bench right now.
Stevie G is still best playing in a free attacking role, taking up positions wide (left or right) and cutting in or receiving the ball in the middle and driving it forward.
Rafa is tempting fate with his rotation policy and insistence on playing SG out of position...
