True and this is due to the monthly menstrual cycle that changes the hormones in the body and happens once in a month.Not every woman has that though.Like every man who's horny(More frequent than once a mth!) becomes irritated,cold if he's not getting it soon!HEEE!!!Got U!

Those hormones go thru a considerable change every month.. at which time there is pronounced swelling of the body to include the bloated feeling. The accumulation of tissue fluid is often the first sign of impending menses. Off come the rings and the temperament undergoes some slight to moderate changes.
