I am trying to download music from my real jukebox library to disc. I have dvd r disk and it wont copy. Do I need a different type of disc to do this? Which one? Thanks

Maybe the disc doesn't fit the hardware, which must be a DVD (not only CD) burner or recorder. There are DVD discs +R or +RW and discs -R or -RW. The difference between R and RW is that the second is rewritable. The problem you may have: some burners or recorders accept either only + or only -.
I don't think that you've got a software problem.

1- is your DVD machine a RECORDER?
2- is it an old machine that will record only on +R or -R discs?
3- do you have a program that records DVD or only CDs?

CD-R CD-RW works best on most players.

Yeah, you need CD-R , DVD-R is for videos or data. you can use CD-R for data also.

yes do you have CD-R cdz to copy on ..

I always use Sony CD-R
u can use any name brand u want ..just getta Cd-r
